All Delegates and Faculty Advisors are required to read and agree to the Conference Policies linked below. The Conference Policies contain vital information about HNMUN 2026, including deadlines, fees, refund policies, and more.

Fees are due at 11:59 of each deadline date. If you do not pay by that deadline, you will be moved to the next registration cycle.

Regarding the hotel, HNMUN 2026 will take place at the Marriott Boston Copley Place. More information can be found in the form document below. Per our conference policies, delegations are required to stay at the Marriott Boston Copley Place. Otherwise, the fee is $50 USD per person per night.
